What happens when I hit the free limits?
Nothing scary. You can always view your records, run reports, and export your data. You just can’t add an 11th product or make an 11th sale that day — either wait for tomorrow or upgrade to Pro. Your data is never held hostage.
Do I need a Google account?
No. POSLine works completely offline with no account of any kind. Google Drive and Sheets are an optional layer for automatic backup — and if you skip them, manual export/import has you covered.
How does Pro activation work?
After purchase you receive a license key by email. Paste it into Settings → License, POSLine verifies it online, and Pro unlocks instantly. One payment, one key — no subscriptions.
Is the $290 a subscription?
No. It’s a one-time payment for a perpetual license. You pay once and the Pro version is yours — we’ll never charge you monthly or ask you to renew.
